1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
2. The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
3. The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
4. One ticket per person, maximum groups of 6 as per government guidance.
5. The event has limited capacity so space cannot be guaranteed.
6. E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. Due to track and trace guidelines. Tickets are non transferable.
7. The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
8. All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
9. Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
10. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
11. You may be contacted via e-mail, text message or phone, for the purpose of this event its ticket fulfilment and in the instance of track and trace.
12. In order to adhere to official Government guidance, NTSU may be required to pass on your contact information, as well as dates and times of your visit to NHS Track & Trace or Public Health departments. NTSU will only share your details if they are requested. Your details for track and trace as per government guidelines will be held for 21 days.
