Get socialising as your Freshers’ Team take you on a trail of Nottingham's finest and historical pubs and attractions. Expect to visit the oldest pubs in the country, finished with a private ghost walk and a visit to some of Nottingham's oldest caves! Ideal for those who don’t like clubbing.
Where? Meet at The Loft, (City SU) from 6pm to collect your tour wristband. We'll set off at 6.45pm so be sure to follow your Freshers Team to each venue!
How Much? Tour wristbands are £5 or free with wristband+. Space is limited so arrive early to avoid disapointment.

Entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
- The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
- The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- This event is 18+ and for NTU first year students only.
- NTU first year students are those that have accepted a place on a full-time or part-time course starting in September/October 2018 at Nottingham Trent University or a Nottingham Trent University Higher Education Course at Confetti Institute or at Nottingham College. This includes Postgraduate courses as well as Undergraduate courses. Students that have relocated from another university and are enrolling at Nottingham Trent University for the first time are also included. Any students retaking part or all of their first year are also classed First Year Students. Any NTU students that are not classed as “First Year” will be eligible to attend Refreshers events instead.
- Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card.
- Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
- Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
- E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another person, the purchaser should email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket.
- Free wristband plus holder tickets must be used with your WB+ and are non transferable. If you can no longer attend, please let us know by contact boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk
- Tour wristbands must be collected from The Loft at the City Students Union from 6pm on the date of the event. The tour leaves from The Loft at 6.45pm.
- All tickets and entry fees are non-refundable.
- The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
- All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
- Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
