We are delighted to announce that the Boat Ball 2021 will be going ahead

…unless the pandemic won’t get in the way.

The booking system will be different than usual, so please read the T&C’s carefully.

TICKET SALE

To book a ticket you will need to complete TWO steps.

1. Buy a ‎£5 deposit ticket.
2. After the release buy the actual ticket.

Overall price of the ticket to Boat Ball ‎‎£25 this includes:

• Entry to the Boat Party
• Meal at the Boat
• Open bar at the Boat
• Cruise down the river Trent
• Bus to the afterparty at Coco Tang

Why the ticket is sold in two parts?

‎£5 deposit ticket is a confirmation of your will to participate in the event. If you want to attend Boat Ball 2021 please don’t wait until the last minute to buy the deposit ticket. The event won’t be going ahead if we don’t hit the appropriate number of sold deposit tickets. Once we hit that number, we will release the actual tickets. On the ^24th  May we will review the number of sold tickets, to officially confirm if the event is going ahead or not.

The deposit will be sold on first come, first serve basis. People that bought deposit will have earlier access to buy the actual tickets.

REFUNDS

 The deposit and the tickets will be refunded:

• when the COVID regulations will change, and the event won’t be able to happen.
• when NTAS decides to cancel the event due to lack of interest
• when you provide the evidence of a positive COVID-19 test, which means that you are unable to participate.

If you can’t attend the event from other non-COVID-19 related reasons the deposit won’t be refunded.

DAY OF THE BOAT BALL

On the day of the Boat Ball please take a Lateral Flow Test that you can order for free from the government website. You can order it by following this link
https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. Please take into the account the delivery time, so make you arrangements in time so you can show negative test on the day of the Boat Ball. The picture of the negative result with the date of the picture will be enough. Edit: If you have been vaccinated with two doses you need to show us a proof of that. If it was only one dose please still take the test and show us the result. 

You will be denied entrance if:

• you can’t provide an evidence of a negative test
• you did not buy both tickets (deposit + ticket)
• you do not have the confirmation email from the purchase of the ticket.

Please don’t attend the Boat Ball if:

• You have COVID-19 symptoms
• You tested positive for COVID-19
• You have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or have COVID-19 symptoms
• You have been put in quarantine/self-isolation

In all of those cases your tickets will be fully refunded.

By purchasing the ticket you agree for us to collect and store your data for 21 days after the event for NHS Test & Trace purposes.
