We will be hosting an event with guest speaker, George Booth, who is an international corporate and projects lawyer who specialises in the energy sector. Previously, he has worked as a Partner at Simmons & Simmons, Clyde & Co and Pinsent Masons, throughout which he was involved in graduate recruitment. Now however, he has established his own law firm, BoothLaw. During the event, he will be discussing how his career began at a non-Russell group university, what he looks for when recruiting graduates and the differences he found working in a variety of large city law firms.
