BTO Big Bird Race
The BTO (British Trust for Ornithology) is celebrating it's 90th Birthday this year and to celebrate the BTO Youth team have organised a nationwide competition - the Big Bird Race!
The aim is to see as many species of birds as possible within a 4 hour period on Saturday 23rd September - Consoc have chosen 3pm until 7pm. You don't have to join us for the full 4 hours, even 30mins is great!
Come along no matter your ability - you can help us out with identification or ask us anything and learn how to identify different species!

We will meet outside of the Brackenhurst Library at 3pm then walk around the extended campus fields and woodland.
This event is run by BTO Youth Rep Josh Shaw (Consoc Vice-president) so feel free to come and ask any questions about BTO Youth too!
