Priority for this slot is given to old members, but new members are also welcome if this is the only time slot that you can make.

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear (no muddy shoes please!!). There are changing rooms on the basement floor of the Music Centre which you are welcome to use. No electronic devices or food is allowed in the studio, only water bottles will be permitted. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class is meant to start.
