For this years Anti-Slavery Week, join us as we put on an exhibition showcasing the reality of modern-slavery, it's history and the statistics affecting the UK and globally today!
This is a chance to be educated, liberated and enlightened.
It's a chance for you to learn more about the 'Hope For Justice' (non-profit organisation) and the NTU society, as this educational exhibition is set to raise awareness on how to 'spot the signs'.
On Monday 18th of October we are launching the exhibition with our 'Vision of Hope' talk held alongside University representatives and the weeklong awareness exhibition consisting of short films and images. This will then be closed off with a 'Thank You For Taking a Stand' talk on the Friday 22nd.
With anti-slavery week being one of our most important weeks in the year, this week long exhibition is a chance for yourself to be educated and made aware of the issues surrounding modern slavery today. It isn't only part of our history but the reality for some modern day lives!
