Our mission is to bring people together, through a shared journey of learning, growing and achieving. We're committed to upskilling each member through collaboration, exposure to industry, and opportunities to compete and excel.
What We Do
Upskilling Sessions
Interactive sessions exploring financial topics, the Bloomberg Terminals, and pitching stocks. These are events to collaborate on tasks and learn and explore new concepts, tools and to explore personal projects.
Resources & Member Contributions
Referrals to newsletters, materials, and podcasts. Accessible via the resources section and the Linktree in the society's Instagram bio. Some members contribute posts on interesting topics of their choosing, which is broadcast on LinkedIn.
Competitions
We send teams to compete in global competitions. In 2023, we had teams compete in the Bloomberg trading Competition and the National Investment Banking Competition.
Guest Speakers
We host experts in their fields and provide a space for free and open dialogue from those with unique perspectives and experiences which can enrich learning and inspire present and future action in our members. Guest speakers have included Kevin Hollinrake, founder of Hunters estate agents and Member of Parliament, and Ashley Tabony, current lecturer/former Citi Bank trader, to name a few.

We encourage collaboration in activities and connecting with members in the socials we organise during terms and beyond, including pub visits and coffee meetups.
