⚖️🌐 LEX Law's Diversity and Inclusion Panel 🌐⚖️

To celebrate Black History Month and EDI across the board, we are joined by 3 legal professionals, who have been extremely successful in their career, to discuss and provide insight on diversity and inclusion in the work place with the panel led by your President Lesmae.

During this session we are going to unpack what is meant behind the meaning of 'Diversity and Inclusion' in the legal field.

The aim is to open a discussion, and delve into the stigma's, misconceptions and the reality of how the topic in question has been implemented and developed over recent years.

We are going to touch on a range of topics from, a general view of the reality of the diverse network within firms to the  more personal experience of the panellists and how they've experienced inclusivity in their career. 

LEX has organised an amazing group of panellist, all of whom have incredible experience in their field and will be able to provide useful insight on the topic at hand. Akil Hunte who is a distinguished NTU alumni will be coming back to share his experience to students as he represents NRG lawyers. Usha Sood, who is a head of chambers at Trent Chambers, has also studied at NTU and has an array of achievements she has gained in her career! Last but certainly not least, we have Ayaz Saboor who will be joining us, he is the founder and mentor of The Commercial Law pathway, a platform that aims to help aspiring lawyers achieve their goals by developing their career.
