Join us for Mindfulness Monday and yoga, organized by our welfare secretary Tianna. This free yoga session aims to reduce stress and enhance well-being through controlled breathing, mindful movement, and meditation. The location will be announced soon, and the session runs from 9 AM to 10 AM. Limited spots are available, so get your tickets early.
