Join Trent Marketing for a ✨ 2-day trip to London ✨ (21st-22nd March) exploring some of the city’s most exciting marketing spaces and hearing from industry professionals 🏙️
At only £40 your ticket will get you:
🚍 Coach transportation to and from London
🛏️ 1 night accommodation
🗣️ Entry to all scheduled talks and events
👉 Food and optional evening activities are not included, giving you flexibility to choose what you want to do.
During the trip we’ll hear from the Sidemen's Senior Marketing Manageer, attend a 'Be the best at LinkedIn' talk, visit the Museum of Brands and the Design Museum, and explore brand activations around South Bank 🤩
Travel:
🚦Arrival 7:00AM for our departure 7:25AM - Saturday 21st March **Please note the coach will not wait for anyone, so please be on time.
🚦Return 7:00PM departure to be back in Nottingham for around 10:30 PM - Sunday 22nd March
Accommodation: Wombat Hostel, shared bunk bed rooms (approx. 8 people per room). Please let us know if you have any requirements regarding sleeping arrangements 💤

Tickets are first come, first served due to limited coach and accommodation spaces.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold, as we must keep accurate records for transport, accommodation, and event attendance.

Please only purchase a ticket if you fully intend to attend, as spaces are limited and cancellations may prevent others from joining.

The £40 ticket includes return coach transportation, one night of hostel accommodation, and access to scheduled talks and visits during the trip.

Food, drinks, and optional evening activities are not included and must be covered by attendees individually.

Accommodation will be in shared hostel rooms (approximately 8 people per room). If you have any accessibility, medical, or personal requirements, please inform the organisers when purchasing your ticket.

We aim to make the trip as accessible as possible and will do everything within our control to support accessibility needs. However, as the trip takes place across multiple venues and public areas within London, some accessibility factors may be outside of our control, including venue layouts, public transport infrastructure, and city environments.

For accommodation check-in purposes, we may need to collect passport or identification details from attendees. These details will only be used for the hostel booking requirements and will not be stored or used for any other purpose after the trip.
