The meeting is primarily to introduce the candidates for next year's committee positions and do a short review of the year. 

If you have sumitted your name for a committee position for next year, please email james.walker2017@my.ntu.ac.uk so that we know who is speaking. 

The location will be published once the university have confirmed- pizza for all attendees!
