Rock Society is organising a trip to the British Music Experience, a Liverpool-based museum showcasing the history of British rock and pop music throughout the decades! The museum includes galleries, interactive zones, audio visual experiences and hologram performances as well as boasting an unrivalled collection of memorabilia, stage outfits, instruments, images and footage. Tickets are discounted and includes entry to the museum and a spot on the coach which will be leaving PROMPTLY from 8:00am so please arrive at least 15 minutes early else you will be left behind - we will be organising a meetup point at the Newton building steps on City campus at 7:45am where we will walk to the coach pickup point at South Sherwood St bus stops (just a minutes walk around the corner). Depending on traffic conditions, the total journey to and from the museum will be between 2-3 hours with us returning from Liverpool at 5:30pm.
