Narratives of Resistance Film Festival Fundraiser

Students for Palestine Society are collaborating with an independent group called Narratives of Resistance to host a miniature film festival aiming to raise funds for Palestine and Lebanon. As the crisis continues for over a year, an increasing number of Palestinian and Lebanese civilians need relief and aid. Ticket revenue will be donated to ‘Medical Aid for Palestinians’ as it delivers aid for both Palestinians and Lebanese.

Day 1 ~ 7th of December (2 pm - 5 pm)
Revolution Until Victory
Kufr Shuba
Children Without Childhood

Day 2 ~ 8th of December (2 pm - 5 pm)
South Lebanon: Story of a Village Under Siege

To My Father

6 short films and documentaries have been chosen to be screened over 2 days, with guided discussions to engage in the themes and issues presented in the short films, including childhood in the resistance, Palestine and Lebanon’s long history, and the iron-willed hope that Palestinians still hold. Alongside our philanthropic efforts, we seek to enable deeper learning and appreciation of Palestine and Lebanon’s history.

Come learn about Palestine’s history through cinema and donate towards medical aid for those injured from war.
