Hey everyone! We thought as it is also coming up to exam time it would be fun to take a break and go on a walk to celebrate the start of spring. Holi is a popular Hindu festival, a celebration of colour, love and spring. We will be meeting in The Lace Market near Mowgli Street Food at 2pm and then making our way over to Colwick Country Park. On the way we will stop at an Indian Sweet Shop called Nafees Bakers & Sweets Nottingham to try Mithai which is often eaten when celebrating Holi. We aim to be back to The Lace Market at 5pm. Hopefully the weather will be nice but please wear suitable clothing and shoes, if the weather is really bad we will reconsider the event. Hope you will be able to join us, it should be fun :)
