Charity hike in aid of The Nottingham Arimathea Trust

This weekend we are hiking with NTU Help in the Community in aid of the Nottingham Arimathea Trust. The Nottingham Arimathea Trust is an important organisation that provides housing for asylum seekers and refugees in Nottinghamshire.

We will be hiking around Bamford in the Peak District and climbing up Win Hill for some stunning views over the Ladybower reservoir.

There will be 50 free tickets, and they will release at 5pm on Monday. the event is open to all NTU students. To raise money we are asking that you donate £4 or more to come. You can do so through the link in our Instagram bio.

We will meet at Notts train station at 7am. we will get the 07:18 - 09:36 train from Notts to Bamford and return on the 16:41 - 18:59 train back.

Afterwards we will get food and drinks in the Anglers Rest.

Due to the time of year there is likely to be bad weather. Bring waterproofs and a change of socks/shirt. The wind may be strong so make sure sure to bring gloves, a hat, and a neck buff if you have one.
