Thinking about accommodation for next year? Our annual Housing Fair is bringing together companies from across the city to help you make the right decisions when it comes to your next home. Featuring a large selection of accommodation providers under one roof including:
- Halls of residence
- Lettings agents
- Private landlords
From trusted housing providers who’ll help you find a place that suits your needs to our Information and Advice Service who can give you information about contracts, you’ll get the opportunity to speak to professionals on all aspects of accommodation.
This is the easiest way to see your options for next year’s accommodation. It will save you the hassle of having to visit different providers separately and will make it easy to compare your choices.
We’re also giving you the opportunity to win £500 towards your first term’s rent for attending!

PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
NTSU is giving you the chance to win up to a maximum of £500 towards your first term rent for your student accommodation in 2020/21 academic year. To be in with a chance to win this, or any other listed prize, you must attend this year's Housing Fair (remember to bring your student card so that you can scan it at our Information & Advice Service stall to prove your attendance). You must also get your housing contract checked by the Information & Advice Service before you sign it.
Failure to meet both of these conditions will result in you not being entered into the prize draw. The first prize of £500 towards your rent will be for an individual student, not groups, and will be paid directly to your landlord or accommodation provider. Prizes of vouchers or merchandise will be available for the winning students to collect from NTSU’s Information & Advice Service. All winners will be chosen at random.
To claim the prize, you must be an NTU student for the 2020/21 academic year and your contract must be submitted to NTSU’s Information & Advice Service for checking and verification. You must also agree to be part of NTSU publicity. NTSU reserve the right to stop or amend this prize draw at any time.
