Last Week of Term Wristbands
#LWOT wristbands have sold out, but don't worry if you didn't manage to snap one up - see how you can get individual events tickets here.
Wristbands must be collected – if you don’t collect your wristband, you might not be able to gain entry to all of the events! Wristband collections are available at the City SU Box Office from Wednesday 29th May. The Box Office is open 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
To collect your wristband, you’ll need photo ID and your ticket code. You can find your ticket code by logging into your account on www.trentstudents.org and heading to the ‘My Tickets’ section.
If you can’t collect your wristband, you can nominate a friend to do so by emailing permission to boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk. Please ensure they have your ticket code when collecting.
Look after your wristband! Lost wristbands cannot be replaced. If you have put on your wristband and it’s too tight or it’s broken, you can exchange your broken wristband at the Box Office for a new one.
Waiting List
End of term tickets are extremely limited, and we want to give everyone the opportunity enjoy this week of events. If an event you want to attend is sold out, please register for the waiting list here; http://bit.ly/2WFGMBL
If you can no longer attend an event you have purchased a ticket for, you should contact boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to check the waiting list. If there is anyone waiting for a ticket, we will refund your purchase.
Anyone found to be selling tickets above face value will be have their tickets voided, and risk being banned from all Students’ Union events in the future.

Last Week of Term wristbands are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Last Week of Term wristbands are available for Nottingham Trent University students only.
- All wristbands are non-refundable.
- Entry to all events requires a wristband.
- Wristbands must be collected from the City Students Union Box Office, and will be availble for collection from Wednesday 29th May 2019.
- Entry to Dirty Mondays at Pom Pom on Monday 3rd June will require wristband holders to reserve a ticket free of change from: https://bit.ly/2HgXlQq You will need this ticket along with your wristband for entry. Wristbands without tickets will not be permitted for this event.
- Wristbands are valid for entry before 11:15pm for Dirty Mondays, Ocean & Trenitval, by 11pm for Tuned and by 10.30pm for the Grad Ball. Please be aware that it may not be possible to gain entry after these cut off times.
- Wristbands can not be collected by anyone other than the purchaser.
- E-ticket and student card are required for collection.
- E-tickets are assigned to the ticket purchaser by name. In the event the ticket purchaser gives their ticket to another student, the purchaser should email boxoffice@su.ntu.ac.uk to change the name on the ticket, and should do so from the email address that was used to purchase the ticket.
- Wristbands are invalid for use if broken or tampered with. Broken wristbands can be ecxhanged at the Box Office.
- Lost wristbands can not be replaced, and no refunds will be given for lost wristbands.
- If any wristband is re-sold for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Students' Union, the ticket may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the events.
- E-tickets are valid for one use only. Once an e-ticket is scanned it will become invalid for re-collection.
- All online orders are subject to a booking fee.
- The Box Office is open 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Entry to the Students’ Union are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Entry to affliate venues are subject to their own terms and conditions which do not represent those held by the Students' Union.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
- The management reserves the right to eject any patron from the establishment should they breach any rules or regulations of the venue.
- The management reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- All events are 18+ and for students and guests only. NTU students can sign in 2 x non student guests each.
- Student card and valid photo ID required for entry. Valid ID includes all PASS certified identification including (but not limited to) driving licence, passport and citizen card.
- Photocopied ID is NOT accepted as valid.
- Out of date ID is NOT accepted as valid.
- The Students’ Union will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal property bought into the venue.
- All patrons consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
- Only beverages bought on the premises may be consumed in the venue.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the use of e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area outside of the venue.
