We're excited to announce that we have privately hired the swimming pool at the David Ross Sports Villlage (UoN) as part of our Inclusive Sports Project.

This is an opportunity to swim, splash about, or just dip your feet into the water in a safe and inclusive environment.

 

Participants are welcome to wear what they feel most comfortable in, for example shorts and a T-Shirt, rash vest, swimwear to align with their gender identity etc. however please note that it is up to the discretion of the lifeguard to assess whether you are safe to swim wearing what you are.

 

Participants must be capable of swimming in order to enter the pool.

 

We will be meeting at Newton Steps and then getting the number 35 bus to the site; alternatively you are welcome to meet us at the David Ross reception for swimming which will start at 15:00.

 

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to attend, please let us know as this is a heavily risk assessed event and we need to provide numbers to the University of Nottingham as part of this.
