Visit to the National Justice Museum and the City of Caves

The Postgrad Society has organised a visit to the National Justice Museum and the City of Caves this Saturday, 23rd Nov.

There are 12 free tickets up for grabs for our members!

National Justice Museum
Meet amazing, costumed characters from Nottingham's history in this Grade II* listed Shire Hall. Explore the Victorian Courtroom, Georgian gaol, and ancient cells - spread over five fascinating floors. Be inspired by exhibitions on themes of social justice!

City of Caves
Nottingham has the UK's largest network of caves - over 800 are hidden beneath its streets. At The City of Caves, you can discover the largest publicly available section of this vast underground network - a subterranean wonder indeed!

Itinerary
- 10:15am - Meet at the National Justice Museum
- ⁠10:30 to 11:15 - Explore galleries of the museum
- ⁠11:15 to 11:45 - Attend a Historic Courtroom
- ⁠11:45 to 12:15 - Explore Galleries
- ⁠12:15 to 12:30 - Attend a Public Execution
- ⁠12:30 to 13:30 - Break for lunch (bring your own or eat at a cafe nearby)
- ⁠13:30 - Meet at the City of Caves
- ⁠13:45 to 14:30pm - City of Caves guided tour
- ⁠14:30 to 16:30 - Leave or go back to the Museum and explore galleries
