We would like to invite you all to join us on our welcome evening on Wednesday 9th October at 5pm in Dryden 005 to learn more about us and our next events including a free event in London in November which includes:

-Inspiring speakers

-Top global employers and their recruiters on hand to ask questions

-Networking and drinks

-Free LinkedIn headshot worth £200

-Fully reimbursed travel from Nottingham (Train, Coach or Fuel money for self-driving) (Receipts required for all, reimbursement will take place after the event unless you meet the deadline for receipt submissions)

Following the introduction evening, there will be a small networking session with refreshments. Later there will be a small social at the Playwright.

What is the 93% Club?

Simply put, The 93% Club is the UK's least exclusive members’ club for people who went to state school. We exist to dismantle the class inequality that exists in Britain today through the power of community. By bringing together thousands of like-minded individuals across the country, we are breaking down the structural barriers to social mobility and building a future that’s fairer for the next generation.

The 93% Club have a society in over 60 of the UK’s top educational institutions and are supported by the 93% foundation, our charity and HQ. They also have a professional network of state school educated professionals in industries people aspire to work in.

How do we do what we do?

Through our National sponsors like magic circle law firms like Freshfields, Taylor Wessing and Slaughter and May or international finance and businesses services companies like EY and Barclays, we organise on campus and national events to allow students to network, hear from inspiring speakers from relatable industries as well as providing opportunities to meet recruiters and gain the secret recipe to cooking up a solid graduate scheme application. We even have celebrity guest speakers such as Rylan Clark from the X Factor and ITV This Morning Show.
