It's Boat Ball time! 

30th of May, 6:45pm - 10pm

The boat ball consists of a meal, free drinks, entertainment & 3 hour cruise! 

The tickets are non refundable! - if you can no longer go you must find someone else to take over your place and let us know. 

The meal is Sausage, Mash, Peas & Gravy.

The deposit is £10, and the expected ticket total is £23: but it is dependent on how many tickets we sell! 

Dietary requirements 

There will be Vegan & Veggie sausages, Gluten free sausages & gravy, Dairy free mash.

- To get these options you must put your dietary requirements in the revelant box when you buy your ticket. If you don't you will not be catered for! 

Accessibility:

There is NO wheelchair-accessible toilet on board the boat

Accessible toilets are available at the River Lodge before and after the cruise

The boat is only suitable for standard-sized, manual wheelchairs

Whilst we will be in an environment with alcohol, there is no pressure or expectation to drink alcohol

Please consider how to support yourself if you usually get travel or motion sickness (e.g., bringing goggles or taking your medication)

Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies so that we can cater for you

On the day, please only eat the food you have ordered so that people with dietary requirements receive the correct food 

The boat may be busy or crowded at times (depending on how many tickets are sold) please feel free to bring any sensory aids if needed

Please see Becky (welfare officer) or any member of the committee if you are distressed and in need of some comfort. Whilst we won’t be able to leave the boat we can find a quiet space.
