NTSU response to NUS Independent investigation into antisemitism

Friday 13-01-2023 - 15:44

NUS UK commissioned an independant investigation into allegations of antisemitism at the National Union of Students' in May 2022.

The report led by Rebecca Tuck KC has now been released.

The report discusses disturbing and detailed accounts of antisemitism and a hostile culture in NUS and at NUS events for Jewish students. The recommendations have been put into an action plan, including an Advisory Panel to oversee and ensure its implementation.

The report and action plan must be a catalyst for change, anti-jewish racism and discrimination should have no place in our communities. NTSU are reviewing the report and aim to engage with Jewish students and our Jewish Society to ensure our response meets their needs.

If any of our students would like to talk about the report and our response or are impacted by the report and would like support, please get in touch through the links below.
